SIAC trip was discussed, there was a lot of
conflicting information regarding the trip.

Alternative locations were discussed.
Locations need to be decided by the end of the day.

Distance, price and people staying together
are all issues.

Susan Weber mentioned that she was willing
to drive, said she was approved by University Police and
facilities, Newman never mentioned this.

The club agreed to fund 7 club members $50
each for a total of $350, the vote was unanimous.

T-shirts were discussed. Looking for logo
designs.

Kevin Joyce is going to be coming this week
as part of the ISSP meeting.

Need updated banner for the club to use at
club events.

CFB mandates all clubs attend the
Children’s holiday party, December 10th.

Children’s fingerprinting was discussed.

Fundraising time restraints discussed,
brought up the idea of a 50/50 raffle.
