Call to Order
Aashish Sharma, President, called to
order the meeting at 12:05PM in the ISET conference room.

President’s Report: Aashish Sharma
Club Office Key
-
In order to acquire a
key for the Telecom Club office, a key request form is to filled out
and submitted to Mary Rowlands. It has been decided that Eric
Sinclair is to take possession of the key.
Pre-Engineering Conference
-
The pre-engineering
conference met with Dr. Lefebvre and decided on items to display at
the conference.
-
It was also decided
that the club would raffle out gift cards as part of a club fund
raiser. A motion was passed and voted upon to obtain two gift cards
as raffle items:

$30 Appelbees
-
$25 Walmart

Order of conduct at meetings:
-
The club constitution
states that Robert Rules of Order must be observed at meetings.

Vice president to
study the book and lay out the details of new procedures in the next
meeting.
Treasurer’s Report: Eric Sinclair

There was a $132
profit in the fund raiser. The purchase voucher form has been filled
out and handed in at the Students Association office.

Dan Pecza, the winner
of the raffle has been contacted and he will collect his check.
Telecom Buzz Report: Herbert
Hernandez
-
150 copies of the
Buzz have been brought out.
-
The tentative date
for the next buzz is April 14th.
-
Copies of the buzz to
be given out at the pre-engineering conference.
Constitution Committee:
-
The section III of
the constitution was discussed and changes were suggested
Open Forum:
-
Guest speaker can be
invited from Rome Labs. Details to be worked out by the next
meeting.
